Dear Mr. Kessler,

I'll start by stating that if I knew the email address of the Store Manager of your dealership, I would send this email directly to him/her because I want everyone at your store to know how appreciative I am of your excellent service today. So please feel free to pass this email up the management chain, so they know to recognize the individuals who helped my stranded wife today when she was locked out of her car on Alsbury road. This morning she called me in near panic state when she was locked out of her 2007 Altima leaving her stranded in a parking lot as she was trying to make her way to work. Since I was already at work 20+ miles away from her and without a car of my own (mine is in the shop today in a strange twist of irony) to come to her rescue, I called your service department and spoke to Mr. Kevin Huckaby and explained the situation. He looked up the service records of our car, and provided the VIN information to your parts gentleman (Jesus? Not completely sure) who was able to cut a valet key for the car. That key was then taken to my wife who was waiting at her parked car and she was able to then get in her car and go on with her day after stopping at your dealership to pay of course.

I cannot thank you enough for exceeding my expectations and providing assistance to a stranded Nissan owner (if there is such a thing!). It is reassuring to know that help is often available to those who ask, and to know that the people of Nissan of Burleson are willing to step up to the plate. Please share my sincerest gratitude with Mr. Huckaby and let him know that he truly made a difference for someone today. If it was up to me, he would be your employee of the month! Both Kevin and Jesus deserve special recognition for representing not only Nissan of Burleson, but NIissan Motors as well, as an outstanding business that genuinely cares for their customers by going above and beyond what is required of them.

I recently bought a new car from Thomas at Burleson Nissan and couldn't be happier with my experience! Both Thomas and the manager made sure that I was happy with what I was getting and that I was getting a great deal too. I am absolutly in love with my new Juke! I actually had a wonderful time... Normally I HATE shopping for a new car... But Nissan of Burleson changed my feeling all together. I just my new 2013 loaded out crew cab frontier... Not only did they cater to my needs and feelings but they went over the top to make it very painless... Yakin is the absolute most professional and kind salesman I have ever met in my 20 yrs of buying vehicles... He was NEVER pushy and we didn't play the back and forth game... He gave me what I asked and never complained... He is the best salesman in your store!!!! The finance woman... Michael (yes I said woman) Blackstock is the reason we will always buy from this store.... She is the asset in this corporation of auto sales and finance!!!!! She is very sweet and kind and never pushed us into anything.... WE LOVE NISSAN OF BURLESON
